Stained Glass T.O.S.

Quote Request Form:- Prices on the website are estimates. The final price of the commission will be determined with the quote.
- You have to fill my quote form to request this commission type.The quote request form does NOT require you to commit! I totally understand wanting to just get the price first :DPayment:Order of payment:
Quote → Deposit (optional) → Full Payment → Shipping PaymentYou can make a full payment OR make a deposit payment (20%) to secure the slot. Deposit will cover the most of materials costs and you can pay the rest when it is your turn in the queue.
I will not start working on the piece until receive the full payment. Deposit is nonrefundable.- I accept payment in EUR via PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer.
- After payment I’ll add you to my Trello Queue.Turn around time:-Turnaround time can be up to two months to create and ship your piece. Possibly longer if there are others ahead of you in line.
- If for any reason I can not complete the commission within 90 days - I will notify the customer about that.
- If I will be unable to finish your commission within 6 months - you can ask for a partial refund.

4. I buy the materials.

8. I ship the package, providing you tracking number.Shipping:Shipping price will be different depending on where you live - it will be the lowest for EU, and get more expensive depending on distance.International shipping might costs from as low as 20€ to 60€+.I use DHL to ship my packages, the package will be insured.Once shipped, I am not responsible for package being lost or the possible damage.
I offer repairments to damaged pieces but it has to be shipped back to me, with you covering the shipping cost.Copyright/usage policy:The artist holds every right to the art:
- I am allowed to use the stained glass piece to:
- promote me in any place or site;
- publish art books with it;
- post and show it wherever I want to;The commissioner is allowed to:
- show off the piece on Instagram/ToyHouse or any other website but MUST credit me (www.zelkeu.com or ‘@zelkeu.bsky.social’ on BlueSky)
- claim the right to their character(s) but not the art itself;

Digital Art T.O.S

Payment:- You are given 72 hours to pay after a sketch is shown/a quote is given - non-payment results in the commission being canceled and it will be repurposed as a YCH.
- After payment I’ll add you to my Trello Queue.
- I accept payment in EUR via PayPal and in PLN via bank transfer.Turn around time:- Completion of most commissions is estimated to take around 4-8 weeks. In some cases it might take up to 10-14 weeks.
- If for any reason I can not complete the commission within 90 days - I will notify the customer about that.
- If I will be unable to finish your commission within 6 months - you can ask for a partial refund.
- Bigger commissions (eg. full-art illustrations) may take up to 4 months to be fully finished.Workflow process:- I work best when given some artistic freedom but I am more than happy to draw a scene or a pose that you have in mind.
- All commissions that are more than a sketch include a sketch approval stage - I am sending you a loose sketch and will not make any progress unless you will accept it.
- Edits - all major changes must be done at sketch approval stage (changes to character’s pose/body shape, changes to the background, etc.);
- After sketch approval - no major changes will be made; If the commissioner requests change after this stage - a price for these edits will be discussed. If I made a mistake in a design that was clearly visible on the given reference - I will edit the artwork for free.
- After the artwork is completed I will not accept any edits.
- You can ask me for WIP updates.
- If you do not want me to post your commission online - tell me when you order, I will not take down the commission that is already posted online.Copyright/usage policy:The artist holds every right to the drawing - I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- promote me in any place or site;
- publish art books with it;
- post and show it wherever I want to;
The commissioner is allowed to:
- re-uploading the image on Instagram/ToyHouse or any other website but MUST credit me (link or ‘@zelkeu.bsky.social’ on BlueSky)
- use the art for personal use only unless agreed otherwise;
- print the art;

Fursuit bases/parts or a premade

I’ve already started experimenting with TPU 3D-printed bases for my personal fursuit, which I’ll be finishing after NordicFuzzCon. If I have enough time, I’d love to bring my original bases or a premade fursuit partial to my next convention :)
Due to my 9-5 being more of a 9-8 sometimes, it’s hard for me to say whether I’ll manage to finish a partial or print the bases in time... but I still wanted to give you a small heads-up!

Different table sizes, set ups, lots of experiments... We were just starting out in 2024 :D

Where have we been?

In the past, we mostly focused on local fantasy conventions and fairs, while also attending smaller conventions in the Polish furry community.Our biggest conventions so far were Pyrkon (over 58.600 attendees), Warsaw Fantasy Fairs
(over 31.200 attendees) & NordicFuzzCon (over 5790 attendees). Starting in 2026 our goal is to focus on visiting furry conventions to spend more time with amazing people in our community.
